Monthly format is ideal when filling meds for 1 or 2 Time Passes per patient. Add Oversized Time Pass Label to easily identify proper time of day. Apply Rx Labels on inside flap.
Requires 3/4″ Deep Sealing Tray (Item MD332) and possible Height Adjustment on your Heat Sealer (depending on the model).
Customers using Rx Systems AutoSealer Model 1001 purchased 2022 or earlier will require an Autosealer Pressure Board after removing the metal plate insert. Autosealer model 1002 does not require any adjustment.
