The Hiring Bonus is up to $1,000.

The Employee Referral Program will be a drawing for two Southwest airline tickets to anywhere in the U.S.
To qualify:

• See how to refer an applicant below.
• The new hire must remain with the company for at least six months for the referral to qualify.

The drawing will take place on September 30th, 2027.

How to refer an applicant:
• Submit Candidate Referral Form with an application to HR.
Or
• Have applicant complete “Employment Application” and under “Other Information” have them list your name as the Employee Referral.
Or
• Tell them to apply at https://store.rxsystems.com/careers/ By clicking on the job opportunity they are interested in and either “Create Application Online” or Submit Resume by uploading a file. Then you as the employee need to complete the Candidate Referral Form and submit to HR.

The Candidate Referral Form must be submitted prior to an offer being made for you to qualify for the referral bonus.
