Testimonials:
I have been at Rx Systems for 5+ years and counting. I can honestly say that this is a great company to work for…why else would I be here for so long? I mean, if it sucked I would have found something else a long time ago.
The work is challenging but fun, the people are great, the pay and benefits are good and as a family owned business, they care about you as a person. Rx Systems is a great company to work for. You would be hard pressed to find another company that actually cares about its employees and offers opportunities for advancement.

Our Company has prospered through reinvestment in manufacturing and distribution. In 1979, Richard Jensen founded Rx Systems, Inc. with the intent of creating a one-stop shop for pharmacy supplies. Beginning with 2000 sq. ft. of distribution space, our Company now occupies almost 200,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and warehousing space, including sites in Hanover, Gilbert, Dallas, Longwood and our main facility in St. Charles, MO. Rx Systems is the one-stop shop for packaging and supplies for any pharmacy market. The success of our Company began with a simple slogan that still holds true today, “Customer Service is Our Business.”
In November, 2000, Rx Systems expanded its West Coast distribution and manufacturing operations by acquiring Tempe Label Co. in Phoenix, AZ. Tempe Label Co. was started in 1984 and specializes in produce, commercial/industrial, and food co-packing labels. In 2002 TLC moved into a new state-of-the-art 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Chandler, AZ and changed their name to TLC Label Co. Rx Systems moved the production of the western 10 state’s pharmacy labels to this new facility and in 2005 we expanded to 32,000 square feet.
Building upon the successes of the West Coast expansion, in October 2002 Rx Systems combined its existing Pittsburgh distribution center into the newly acquired Script Pak of Hanover, Pennsylvania. In December 2004 the Company began manufacturing operations in Hanover and acquired land to construct a new manufacturing facility. In 2007, an 18,000 square foot facility opened for our East Coast manufacturing and warehouse operations.
In 2009 we established a warehouse to imprint caps for the plastic vials that we design and sell throughout the country. This space now occupies 20,000 sq. ft. of warehouse.
In 2010 we invested in a complete restoration of our website, as well as, a major replacement of our in-house computer system which includes both hardware and software.
In 2015 a new Warehouse was opened in Longwood, FL.
We are continually looking for new products and manufacturing techniques to insure that we maintain a competitive position in the market place.
