The AutoFiller is a stand alone bulk pre-packer that works in tandem with Rx Systems’ AutoSealer. Reduce labor and improve efficiency by pre-packing a 2-week supply of your hi volume generics. Fill and seal up to 200 pill cards per hour of the same NDC. Average changeover time between meds is only 5 minutes. Suggested min batch size is 50 pill cards.
AutoFiller is ideal for pre-packing between 15-40 hours per week and can be stored under your countertop when not in use.
No special tools or complicated calibrations.
- Can fill a variety of pill card formats & counts – 30/31/32/60/90 and more.
- Single Paddles are used with the Plate system and Patented height design offering 1/64″ adjustments.
- Top, Middle and Base plates come in various dimensions to accommodate the most common tablets and capsule shapes.
- Using Pre-pack reorder cards allows staff to chart plate selection and height for each NDC making future changeovers in < 5 minutes.
- Easily stored under the counter when not in use.
- Specially designed storage boxes help organize pre-pack shelves, plus Pre-pack card can alert staff to replenish stock.
