Unit Dose Card, 31 ct Med-Time (Reclaimable) Heat Seal Pill Card w/ FWD #s 1-31 w/ “PUNCH OUT TODAY’S DATE”. Sealed Dims 6″ x 9″. Choose from multiple blister depths to help maximize storage capacity.

Add Time Pass Label to Front, Top Left Corner. Unit Dose Perforated Blisters and Foil sold separately. Foil requires 6″ Thermal Transfer Printer. See foil Items UD950TT & UD950TT2.

This item is not produced with foil, and uses special tack points to allow the pharmacy to open any returned Pill Cards, therefore “reclaiming” the meds sealed in the Class B blister/foil package.
